Automatic email notification of new listings

I'm sure you're familiar with all the smart financial reasons to buy a home. In addition to that, it's great to know as much as you can about the market, so that you can make a wise, informed decision.

I recommend that you sign up for Lake's automatic email system, through which you can learn about a market segment you're interested in. Just use my name when it asks if you're working with a Lake agent. Then, enter the criteria that you're interested in. You will be emailed automatically when there are new listings. How cool is that? Here's how:

Step 1	Go to the Lake Real Estate web site.
Step 2	At the top of the page, click the Property Search hyperlink.
Step 3	On the Property Search page, enter the criteria for the property you wish to purchase, then click Search at the bottom of the page. You will now see a list of homes matching your criteria.
Step 4	Click Save This Search at the top of the page.
Step 5	When prompted, click the "click here to register" hyperlink.
Step 6	Fill in the necessary information. Note: You will not be contacted by an agent unless you specifically ask to be.
Step 7	After you register, you can check the box that says "Notify me when new properties match my search." Then, check the days that you wish to receive notification by email, and click Save Notification Options. You will then see "updated" in red above the "Notify..." check box. Now sit back and wait for new listings to come your way.
